Harry J. Fisher is the director and general manager of Global Life Sciences and Commercial Health for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology sector. In this role, Mr. Fisher is responsible for crafting and implementing the strategies that will deliver high value to his clients. He leads Northrop Grumman teams that work with the United State Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, American Red Cross, and many pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He is responsible for core competencies in areas such as bioinformatics, public/private partnerships, clinical trials management, identity management and information assurance, structured product labeling and MedDRA, among others. Mr. Fisher has more than 19 years of experience working in life sciences and healthcare to define and implement breakthrough strategies to enhance overall performance and output. Working with his clients, he leads efforts to bring substantial change to their organizations, resulting in a tangible impact on speed to market and quality of life. Mr. Fisher has extensive experience across the research and development spectrum, from pre-clinical through regulatory. He led successful projects at numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in areas including electronic submissions, document management, data management, clinical trial management, electronic signatures, research physician effectiveness, IT enhancement, clinical data management, software assessment and project management. Mr. Fisher held executive level positions at Accenture, Parexel, Tangerine Technologies, Ness Technologies and PQ Consulting. He has also spoken on numerous life sciences, technology and leadership topics. Mr. Fisher has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. |
