Investment Term Sheets: raising capital raises lots of issues

Following the success of our first annual speaker event, Cambridge University Technology and Enterprise Club (CUTEC) is proud to present an opportunity for you to participate in an interactive workshop! We have organized a panel of distinguished speakers to share information about Investment Term Sheets (which sets out the main terms of an investment). Come ask probing questions and get answers from the experts! The list of distinguished speakers comprises Simon Walker and Malcolm Bates, Partners at Taylor Wessing, Peter Keen and Robert James, Partners at Esprit Capital Partners and Teri Willey, CEO of Cambridge Enterprise.
